Manu Cardiel
El proyecto creativo de Manu Cardiel (Segovia, 1993) fluye a través del dibujo y el análisis, interpretando su contexto mediante la abstracción geométrica. Emplea el gesto gráfico de sus manos con gran rapidez, utilizándolo de una forma muy intuitiva, permitiéndose aprender de los errores espontáneos que surgen y fluyen a través del trabajo con el mural.
Graduado en Arquitectura en 2017 por la Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, realizó el Máster de Profesorado en la misma Universidad en el año 2021 para complementar su formación académica y poder enfocarla a la enseñanza y el arte urbano. Desarrolla gran parte de sus murales entre Alcalá de Henares y Segovia, centrándose en la crudeza y brutalidad de las máquinas con las que interactuamos a diario, sin olvidar su tradición familiar ligada al campo.
De octubre a diciembre 2023, Manu Cardiel desarrolla su proyecto “Futurismo Contemporáneo” en la residencia B-Murals.
The creative project of Manu Cardiel (Segovia, 1993) flows through drawing and analysis, interpreting its context through geometric abstraction. He employs the graphic gesture of his hands with great speed, using it in a very intuitive way, allowing himself to learn from the spontaneous errors that arise and flow through the work with the mural.
Graduated in Architecture in 2017 from the University of Alcalá de Henares, he did a Master's Degree in Teaching at the same University in 2021 to complement his academic training and to be able to focus it on teaching and urban art. He develops most of his murals between Alcalá de Henares and Segovia, focusing on the rawness and brutality of the machines we interact with every day, without forgetting his family tradition linked to the countryside.
From October to December 2023, Manu Cardiel is developing his project "Contemporary Futurism" at the B-Murals residency.
