Ivana Tarraza abre la temporada de residencias artísticas B-Murals en septiembre y octubre de 2022 con su proyecto Anatomiko.
Originaria de San Juan, Puerto Rico, su obra se inspira de los libros antiguos de anatomía para crear una yuxtaposición de anatomia humana con la naturaleza.
La meta final de su proyecto “Anatomiko” es reinventar la anatomía humana a través de la perspectiva artística.

Ivana Tarraza opens the B-Murals artist residency season in September and October 2022 with her project Anatomiko.
Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, her work draws inspiration from ancient anatomy books to create a juxtaposition of human anatomy with nature.
The ultimate goal of her project "Anatomiko" is to reinvent the human anatomy through her artistic perspective.

“Los Ángeles”, la serie de obras desarrollada en B-Murals, se plantea como una 'colección cápsula' de ilustraciones inspiradas en la humanización de las figuras divinas a través de emociones cotidianas que experimentamos con un entorno anatómico. La colección está basada en las Basílicas de la ciudad de Barcelona y su estética gótica creando una armonía dramática y majestuosa.
"Los Angeles", the series of works developed at B-Murals, is conceived as a 'capsule collection' of illustrations inspired by the humanisation of divine figures through everyday emotions that we experience in an anatomical environment. The collection is based on the Basilicas of the city of Barcelona and its gothic aesthetics, creating a dramatic and majestic harmony.
